At Organenergy, we are committed to providing high-quality lawn care services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our approach to service satisfaction and refunds for our lawn and garden maintenance services.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we have provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will:

  • Review your concerns promptly and professionally
  • Schedule a return visit to address any issues at no additional cost
  • Work with you to find a satisfactory resolution

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Full Refunds

  • Service was not performed as scheduled without prior notification
  • Significant portion of agreed service was not completed
  • Service caused documented damage to your property

Partial Refunds

  • Service was only partially completed due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Quality of service did not meet agreed standards despite return visit
  • Service was interrupted and could not be rescheduled

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services completed according to agreed specifications
  • Cancellations without required notice period
  • Issues arising from factors outside our control (weather damage, pest infestations)
  • Dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations not discussed prior to service

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out within 48 hours of service completion via phone or email
  2. Provide Details: Describe the issue and provide photos if applicable
  3. Assessment: We will assess your request within 2 business days
  4. Resolution: We will offer a return visit, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate
  5. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

Payment Method Processing Time
Credit Card 5-7 business days
Bank Transfer 3-5 business days
Direct Debit 5-7 business days

Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations are handled as follows:

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or credit for prepaid services
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • No-show or same-day cancellation: Full service fee may be charged

Weather-related cancellations initiated by our team will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. Service credits:

  • Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Can be applied to any of our lawn care services
  • Are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our initial response to your refund request:

  1. Request a review by our service manager
  2. Provide any additional documentation or evidence
  3. We will conduct a thorough review within 5 business days
  4. A final decision will be communicated in writing
